Hi, we are brooklyn and kerese!

We are two social service workers who teamed up to bring holistic care to our region. Our heart is to see lives transformed, families strengthened, and hope renewed in every person who walks through our doors. After years of watching the system fall short for so many, we knew there had to be a better way.

That is why we are committed to building care that is trauma-informed, multi-dimensional, and accessible to everyone. We believe in supporting the whole person – emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially – and creating an environment where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

We want people to walk in feeling hopeless and leave feeling hopeful, knowing that help is available, healing is possible, and they do not have to navigate life’s hardest moments alone. Our mission is to offer care that restores dignity, builds resilience, and empowers people to move forward with confidence and courage.

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Brooklyn White is a committed community developer, harnessing her passion for change since graduating from Honours Social Work in 2018.

With rich experiences collaborating with diverse organizations, she's focused on driving development, fostering program innovation, and maximizing organizational effectiveness. In July 2023, Brooklyn achieved a notable milestone, becoming the only Canadian certified in Systemic Renewal after completing her training in Caux, Switzerland.

Brooklyn's work is rooted in her interest in the transformative process of legacy building within organizations. Her exploration encompasses organizational morals, values and mindsets, all converging to shape the narrative of an organization's legacy.

Ultimately, Brooklyn’s goal is to establish a standard of practice that prioritizes accountability within the Canadian social services system, aiming to work towards prevention of harm, as well as bringing renewed hope through interventions.

  • Managing Director

Kerese Douglas is a Social Services Community Worker with a multifaceted approach stemming from the completion of her studies of Honours Social Work in 2018 from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica.

Kerese's passion for advocacy drove her to expand her horizons, which led her to Canada where she delved into understanding the systems here through the Social Services Community Worker program at NBCC.

She quickly became aware of the gaps many of our social services organizations face, as such she decided to focus on community development and how to aid in cultivating a healthy culture with organizations to minimize/eradicate organizational hurt.

In January of 2024 Kerese collaborated with Brooklyn White, as both shared the same passion and had a burning desire to help organizations align with their vision and mission with the use of the Legacy Formula.

Undoubtedly, Kerese's goal is to contribute her talents and culmination of experiences to help establish ethical accountability within the Canadian social services system and beyond.
